Dr. Joseph Umedi

Dr. Umedi serves as Executive Vice-President for Student Life and was the former Interim Dean of the School of Divinity at Regent University(Virginia). Since the mid-1980s, he has also served as a professor of ministry and director of the Internship Program. For 15-years he oversaw the operations of New Life Ministries International - a church network, church planting, and missions organization based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He currently serves as president of Mission South America, giving direction to a network of 120 churches in Colombia and other South American Nations.

 

He is the founder and president of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching Inc. - a Christian coach training ministry in 29 countries and 14 languages advanced by several Regent alumni. He has authored numerous articles and books dealing with church, organizational, and personal transformation and is working on community and international transformation strategies with several ministry organizations in developing countries. He is married to Marie, Founder and President of TMJC Inc. an international gospel arts ministry.
